Shipping & Returns
All items are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders processed on the weekend or public holiday will be shipped the next business day. All items are shipped through Australia Post and we currently ship within Australia and some countries worldwide.
Standard: $10 (3-5 days)
Half price standard shipping on orders over $50.
Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Express: $12.95 (1-3 days)
Free express shipping on orders over $130.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard shipping. Please allow 15 working days to receive your order.
Please be aware that duties and taxes can incur on some orders and are applied by the selected countries customs policies. Hallie & Jane is not responsible for any foreign tax, customs duties or other fees.
New Zealand: $15
USA & Canada: $20
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We do our best to ensure your experience with Hallie & Jane is as smooth as possible. Shopping online can be difficult and we are here to assist you. If you receive a faulty item you can choose between an exchange or a refund. Our clothing size guides are available when choosing your items.
We do not offer refunds on a change of mind basis.
If you require a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your reason for return. To be eligible for a return, all garments must be in their original condition. This means the item must be unused, unworn and unwashed. Please ensure you provide your order number when making a request for a return.
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you with a full refund, excluding the cost of postage.
* The following items are unable to be returned due to hygiene reasons: topknots, bows & hats.
* We do not issue refunds on sale items.
* Goods must be returned odour free and must not have any animal fur.
Hallie & Jane does not offer free returns, you will need to post the return at your own cost.
If you require an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com. Please ensure you include your name, order number, and advise the product you would like to return and which product you would like it exchanged with. Once your returned item has been accepted in its original condition, your exchanged item will be shipped.
Hallie & Jane is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process returns once the package has been received.
